A shared thread through your business

Sales · Orders · Production · Inventory · Dispatch · People

Less chasing. More clarity.

The work is connected.
Your software should be, too.

A revised quotation changes what the factory needs. A material issue changes what is available. A partial dispatch changes what is still owed.

Hexovra brings those operational details into one place. Follow the customer conversation, the commercial record and the work on the floor without treating them as separate businesses.

One customer relationship. A continuous record.
01 / COMMERCIAL

Made for custom work.

Keep materials, dimensions, accessories and quotation revisions close to the order. Your team works with the specification—not a disconnected summary.

02 / OPERATIONAL

The exceptions matter.

Material short. Partly ready. Partly dispatched. See the real state of work, including what still needs someone’s attention.

03 / HUMAN

People belong in the picture.

Maintain employee, family, education, skill and document records alongside the teams responsible for moving the business forward.

Follow the thread

One order.
Many hands. No lost context.

From the first requirement to the last delivery, each team needs to know what happened before—and what should happen next.

01
SALES DESK

Start with the requirement.

Capture the enquiry, customer details and responsible owner. Keep follow-ups and deal stages visible while the conversation develops.

Enquiry → Deal
02
COMMERCIAL

Make the details clear.

Prepare the quotation around materials, quantities and accessories. Carry the agreed details into the order and retain the revision context.

Quotation → Order
03
FACTORY FLOOR

See what is being made.

Track queued work, production, material shortages and readiness. Production sheets keep the instructions close to the people doing the work.

Queued → Ready
04
STOCK & DISPATCH

Know what moved. And what remains.

Record stock movements, prepare challans and follow partial or completed dispatches. Keep the remaining commitment visible after the first delivery.

Ready → Dispatched

Behind every order, a team

Not just the work.
The people who do it.

A personnel record should be more than a name and a phone number.

Keep employment details, contacts, family, education, skills, bank and statutory information in structured employee records. Add photographs and supporting papers during registration or when updating an existing record.

Control is part of the product

Clarity for your team.
Boundaries for your data.

Operational software holds sensitive commercial and personal information. Access and accountability belong in the workflow.

Role-aware access

User roles and page permissions determine which workspaces a person can use. Not everyone needs the same view.

Protected records

Employee files are retrieved through authenticated requests. Sensitive employee values are masked where access requires it.

A record of activity

Audit trails and employee history provide context for changes, so reviewing the work does not depend on memory alone.

Available capabilities and actions depend on your company configuration, plan and assigned permissions.

A few useful answers

Before you
step inside.

Built around the practical questions of running a manufacturing business.

Who is Hexovra built for?

Hexovra is designed around made-to-order manufacturing, including workflows involving roofing sheets, fabricated materials and custom accessories. It connects the commercial and operational sides of that work.

Is it a sales CRM or a manufacturing tool?

Both are part of the workspace. Enquiries, customers, deals and quotations sit alongside production, inventory, dispatch and employee records, so the customer relationship does not stop at order confirmation.

Can we manage partial production and deliveries?

Production and dispatch states distinguish between work that is partly ready, ready, partly dispatched and dispatched. Material shortages can also be represented instead of making every order look the same.

Can employee documents be uploaded during registration?

Yes. Select photographs and documents in the registration flow, or add them while editing an existing employee. Selected files are uploaded with Create or Save; pending files can be reviewed before submission.

Does everyone get access to everything?

No. User roles and page permissions control access. Sensitive employee information and protected documents use the application’s access rules.

How do I get started?

Open Hexovra to reach the application. Sign in with your company account, or follow the account setup options available there. Your company administrator controls your workspace access.
